Graham is an operations executive with over 20 years of experience in aerospace developing large and complex products—overseeing them from the design through to production.
Leigh Copp
Leigh leads research and development of our micro-factory technology platform. He is an electrical engineer specialized in automation for the vehicle industry with 20+ years of experience in robotics, automation, machine learning, controls, and programming.
Annie Bergevin
Annie worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York City where she was involved in M&A transactions and CIBC World Markets in Canada. Annie has an MBA from Columbia University in New York City.
Benjamin Chalier
Ben drives the expansion of Relocalize with 7 years of experience in launching and scaling startups as a founder and business advisor. Ben leads our strategies to accelerate growth, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead both dilutive and non-dilutive fundraising efforts.
Gordon So
Gordon has 5 years of experience leading sustainability projects at the world’s largest environmental group, with expertise in sustainable development and the circular economy, in addition to hands-on experience in business partnership and scientific communication.
Brittany Kiers
PMP-certified Project Manager with 8 years in healthcare and cleantech, coordinating cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and support the scaling of Relocalize’s autonomous micro-factory platform.
Kiana Mirshahidi
With a background in Polymer and Mechanical Engineering, Kiana applies first-principles thinking to turn deep materials expertise into real products. At Relocalize, she leads technical product development for cold-chain solutions, from materials and design to performance.
Paulo Arruda
Paulo has 15 years of experience working on industrial robotics and automation for packaging and food production. He designs and manufactures custom hardware to optimize production efficiencies, resulting in several patented and implemented designs.
Valentino Bressi
Val has over 20 years of experience as a mechanical engineer and industrial design technician. He builds prototypes for mass production approval, including various medical equipment for neurological research, utilized by medical experts worldwide.
Sofiane Nekkah
With 10 years of experience and a passion for innovative technologies, Sofiane has a strong background in designing complex systems, from industrial automation to autonomous solutions. He specializes in integrating advanced robotics in manufacturing environments.
Sylvain Abondance
Sylvain holds a Master's degree in robotics from EPFL in Switzerland, with his thesis conducted at Harvard University in Boston. He possesses deep expertise in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, product design, and food manufacturing techniques.
Jack de Wit
Jack is an electrical engineer with experience in automation for Oil & Gas, Mining, and Security. He designs and programs control systems, integrating sensors and machinery to optimize factory performance from design to commissioning.
Luca Cattani
Luca blends precision engineering with creative problem-solving to bring advanced automation to life. At Relocalize, he leads robot programming, simulation, and deployment—building intelligent, scalable systems that push the limits of manufacturing efficiency.

Intelligent manufacturing designer with cross-industry experience in aerospace, medical devices, and materials. Based in Jacksonville, FL, David manages our autonomous micro-factories, driving production and implementing process improvements.
Yannick Huberdeau
Yannick is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from ÉTS Montreal who returned to Relocalize after a successful internship. He designs mechanical subsystems in 3D, oversees the fabrication of parts, and deploys on-site for installation and commissioning.
Paul Eskdale
Paul leads robotics programming for the company. He is a seasoned specialist with deep knowledge of applied robotics, programming, and automating complex industrial processes, bringing over 20 years of automation design and implementation experience to our team.
