When will my kit arrive?
It depends on the sizes you need and where you are. We confirm the timing with you before anything ships.
Who can get a kit?
Businesses that ship temperature-sensitive products in North America and Europe, directly or through our partners. If a kit isn't the right fit yet, we'll still reply with our lab report and pricing details.
Can I test a custom size or my own branding?
Custom sizes and private label are available on orders. We can send a digital mock-up of a pack with your logo along with your kit.
