This policy explains how Relocalize Inc. ("Relocalize", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through relocalize.com, our forms, our emails and our business outreach.

‍

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and advertising cookies can identify you, locate you or build a profile of your interests. They are off by default and turn on only if you accept them in our cookie banner.

‍

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our website.

‍

Some of these providers are outside Quebec and Canada, mainly in the United States. Your information may be stored there, is subject to local laws, and may be accessible to that jurisdiction's authorities.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. We then destroy or anonymize it.

‍

‍

9. Security and governance

We protect personal information with security measures suited to its sensitivity. Our internal policies set out the roles and responsibilities of our staff, how we keep and destroy personal information, and how we handle complaints.
