Self-distribution
Local Ice™ is produced directly in our RELO micro-factory, deployed at your distribution center, and palletized onsite in standardized pallets, with flexible pallet sizes depending on the order. Your team simply unloads the pallet with a forklift, and from there the packaged ice moves through your existing distribution network just like any other product—no special handling required.
Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
Local Ice™ can also be produced at strategic locations that best align with your store network and distribution model. Once produced, the ice is palletized in standardized pallets, with flexible pallet sizes depending on the order and can either be delivered directly to your stores or made available for pickup by your team. From there, it flows seamlessly into your normal retail operations—just like any other product.
